Founded in Lithuania, our organization grew from a passion for non-formal education and cross-border exchange. We believe that immersive cultural experiences are the most powerful tools for personal and professional growth. By connecting local talent with European opportunities, we have established a dynamic community dedicated to building a more integrated and skilled society.

To facilitate high-quality Erasmus+ mobility projects that provide participants with transformative experiences. We focus on social inclusion, digital literacy, and environmental sustainability, ensuring our programs contribute meaningfully to the growth of our participants and the local community.

Our team consists of dedicated project managers, educators, and volunteers who are passionate about non-formal education. Together, we work to ensure every Erasmus+ exchange is impactful, well-organized, and memorable for all involved.

Henrikas studied and worked in the Netherlands for 5 years, where he completed International Bachelor in Economics and Business at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2019, Henrikas came back to his hometown Marijampolė and since that he has worked for major local companies in procurement specialist, logistics specialist and project manager positions. In 2025 Henrikas completed 8 months long training and internship program "Ulysses" for young professionals in Spain. At the same time Henrikas is a member of Lithuanian Young Liberal Youth organisation and Marijampole Rotaract Club, where he contributes his efforts to make an impact on local community.

Işıl completed Bachelor Degree in International Law at Baskent University in Ankara, Turkey. During her studies Işıl was an active member of various student organisations and was selected for a number of prestigious scholarships. Her passion is travelling and story telling. She joined more than 20 Erasmus+ projects as participant or trainer. Moreover, Işıl is managing a couple of her own Tiktok channels in Turkey and Lithuania, that have the reach of more than 100,000 views per video.
